Scope of services: Printing on aluminum foil sealing layers, custom printing on the back of aluminum foil, custom printing on single-piece aluminum foil sealing gaskets, and custom printing on pressure-sensitive gaskets (generally monochrome printing). Embossing patterns on aluminum foil, including beer embossing, checkered patterns, fabric textures, text embossing, and logo embossing; surface embossing patterns on pressure-sensitive foam gaskets; surface textures on aluminum foil pressure-sensitive gaskets; and adhesive patterns on pressure-sensitive gaskets, including water ripples and checkered patterns.

The client provides structural drawings, and samples may be required at the factory. Engineers confirm feasibility and the final product design with the client, providing a technical parameter table for the customized structure. A sample is produced based on the technical parameter table and sent to the client for confirmation. After the client confirms the sample, production begins based on the confirmed sample.

Scope: We can add customer-specified composite layers to standard products or change materials based on specific customer needs. For example, we can replace ordinary sealing layers with high-barrier sealing layers, or add customer-specified films or aluminum foils to the surface or interlayer of gaskets.

The client provides dimensions and appearance design drawings. A die-cutting mold is made based on the client's design drawings, and the die-cutting mold drawings are sent to the client for confirmation.

After the client's confirmation, production begins according to the confirmed die-cutting mold.

The client provides thickness and specific gravity information, and samples may be required at the factory. Engineers confirm feasibility and the final design with the client, making a sample and sending it to the client for confirmation. Production begins based on the client-confirmed sample.

Thickness: Please provide the thickness within the allowable range of our machine according to customer needs. This generally refers to the thickness of the foam material.

Before placing an order, the customer must inform you of their specific packaging requirements, including the information to be included on the label, the packaging method, and the packaging dimensions.

Both parties will include the specific packaging requirements in the contract and arrange production and packaging work according to the packaging information specified in the contract.
