No Wax Induction Liner

No-wax induction seal liner is mainly used for the sealed packaging of instant coffee glass jars. It consists of an aluminum foil sealing membrane and a gasket. The aluminum foil sealing membrane uses high-quality food-grade sealing glue, which can perfectly protect the coffee powder inside the glass bottle, preventing oxidation and moisture absorption of the coffee powder. The gasket part can be a paper gasket or a foamed gasket, with a thickness generally ranging from 0.8 millimeters to 1.5 millimeters. The main feature of this No-wax induction seal liner t is that after opening the cover, the surface of the aluminum foil sealing membrane presents a smooth and clean appearance, without any wax residue, providing the best support for the brand image.

Key Features of Our No Wax Induction Seal Liners

● Wax-Free Surface: The aluminum foil remains smooth and clean after opening, without wax residue on the sealing membrane.

● Moisture Protection: The foil seal helps limit moisture ingress and protects coffee powder against caking during storage.

● Oxidation Protection: A properly formed seal reduces exposure to external air, helping maintain the packaged product's quality.

● Flexible Backing Materials: Paperboard and foam backing options accommodate different packaging configurations.

● Tamper-Evident Sealing: The intact foil membrane provides visible evidence of whether the jar has previously been opened.

How Does a No Wax Induction Liner Work?

The aluminum foil layer generates heat when the capped glass jar passes through an induction sealing system. This activates the heat-sealing material, which bonds the foil membrane to the jar's sealing surface. The wax-free construction allows the foil and backing to separate without transferring wax onto the exposed foil surface.

The final result depends on the glass finish, sealing coating, cap pressure and induction equipment settings.

Paperboard vs. Foam Backing

Choose the backing according to cap construction and packaging requirements.

Paperboard backing

Foam backing

Suitable for closures designed for paper-backed induction liners.

Suitable for closures requiring a compressible backing.

Provides structural support for the foil membrane.

Helps accommodate minor dimensional variations in the closure.

Available in Wanqi's golden foil liner configuration.

Applications in Instant Coffee Packaging

Our no wax induction liners are primarily developed for sealed instant coffee glass jars. They help address packaging requirements associated with moisture-sensitive powdered products.

● Instant Coffee Jars: Protect coffee granules and powder from exposure to external moisture.

● Premium Coffee Packaging: Provide a clean foil appearance when the consumer first opens the jar.

● Retail and Export Packaging: Help maintain seal integrity during handling, storage and distribution when the packaging system is correctly validated.

How to Choose the Right Wax Free Induction Seal Liner

Before placing a cap liner bulk order, please confirm the following packaging requirements:

● Jar Material: Specify the glass composition and any surface treatment relevant to sealing.

● Neck Diameter: Provide the exact inner and outer dimensions of the jar opening.

● Closure Design: Confirm cap dimensions, liner insertion space and intended application torque.

● Backing Material: Choose between paperboard and foam according to your closure configuration.

● Sealing Equipment: Provide the induction sealer model and production line speed.

● Performance Requirements: Identify the required peel strength, moisture protection and intended storage conditions.

We recommend validating samples on your actual jar and closure before bulk production.

FAQ-No Wax Induction Liner

What is the main advantage of a no wax induction liner?

Its wax-free construction is designed to produce a smooth aluminum foil surface without wax residue when the cap is opened, making it particularly useful for packaging where presentation matters.

Can no wax induction liners be used for glass coffee jars?

Yes. Wanqi's product is primarily intended for instant coffee glass jars. The sealing layer must be matched to the specific glass finish and validated under production conditions.

What backing materials are available?

Wanqi's published range includes paperboard and foam backing, generally 0.8–1.5 mm thick.

Does an induction liner help prevent coffee powder from absorbing moisture?

A correctly applied foil seal reduces moisture ingress. Actual barrier performance depends on the entire packaging system and the integrity of the finished seal.

What information is needed before ordering?

Send your jar and cap dimensions, backing preference, application details and sealing equipment information so the appropriate liner construction can be identified.

Sealing Solutions for Diverse Industries

Designed to solve leakage, oxidation, tamper-evidence, and shelf-life challenges across industries.

Engine Oil and Lubricating Oil

Sealing gaskets are widely used in the packaging of plastic bottles and cans for engine oil and lubricating oil. The sealing gaskets used for lubricating oil are generally 1mm thick aluminum foil gaskets or 1mm thick pull-ring gaskets.

Cosmetics

The cosmetics industry requires sealing packaging that preserves product formulation stability, prevents leakage during retail display and consumer use, and supports premium brand presentation. From serums and creams to foundations and fragrances, effective sealing ensures both product performance and an elevated unboxing experience.
