Technology & Quality
Our production department has an independent laboratory which is dedicated to conducting quality inspections for all orders. The inspection items include: thickness, weight, hardness, peel strength, and sealing performance. According to the standards of different products, we and the customers jointly set the necessary quality inspection standards, which are then used for the final inspection of the products. This ensures that each batch of products meets all quality requirements before they are shipped.
Regarding our production management standards, we follow the guidance of the ISO9001 quality management system to design processes and conduct production management operations.

Order & Inspection
Receive the order, collect the materials according to the order, and check and confirm the quality and quantity of the materials.

Production Start
Carry out production according to the process. After the production begins, conduct quality inspections first. Once the inspections are passed, proceed with large-scale production.

In-Process Tracking
Carry out tracking and inspection during the production process.

Final Sampling & Storage
After the production is completed, conduct random inspections and store the products.

Documentation & Delivery
Archive the sampled items and issue the test report to the customer.
Sustainability
Regarding environmental protection, for our raw materials, the plastic part will be recycled and reused within the factory. The aluminum foil and cardboard will be sold to waste collection companies for recycling and reuse. The unusable ink will be paid to professional companies for harmless treatment.
For sustainable development, we have purchased insurance for every employee to ensure their living conditions and health after retirement.
