Product Introduction

CP-203 is 0.6mm thick high-density Pressure sensitive Cap seal liner that no need to be heat sealing your bottles but only need to screw your cap tighten to give pressure to the seal liner and the seal liner will stick on your bottle mouth and insulate oxygen and water.

CP-203 used food-grade PS adhesive and Compliant with both REACH and FDA regulation.

Structure

Non-stick coating cover the printing ink on the top.

Printing: Custom-printing service required over 3,000 square meters order and offer 1 color custom print.

PS foam thickness: Required over 5,000 square meters to reach the custom thickness MOQ. thickness could be 0.5~0.8mm thick.

Die cut diameter: Die cut service support custom diameter and also custom shape (with ear; square……）

Roll width: We support cut the roll to your required width. (10cm~66cm)

Packaging: We support two kind of paper core (3 inch / 6 inch)

Application Scenarios

How to use:

1. Place the liner (printed side up) on the opening or inside the cap,

2. Screw the cap on tightly (giving an extra twist to activate the adhesive),

3. Wait 24-48 hours for it to bond.

4. Open the cap, the liner sealing already done.
