CP-05B embossed aluminum thick foil pressure sensitive seals

CP-05B is made by 0.05mm thick aluminum foil that embossed "SEALED for YOUR PROTECTION".

The adhesive is food-grade adhesive and can safely toch dry and non-oily food.

CP-05B could be round, square, any shape.

CP-05B due to the foil can not give pressure to the adhesive. You need to use a PE foam liner in the cap to offer the pressure.

Or at least use a straight lid to press the foil seal's edge.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

CP-05B is a pressure-sensitive liner that does not contain polystyrene foam. It is made from thick aluminum foil that is embossed and coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive. Featuring a premium appearance, it is free of polystyrene plastic and can be used with both screw caps and press-on closures. Additionally, it leaves no plastic residue on the bottle mouth when peeled off.

The surface of CP-05B features an embossed pattern that reads "SEALED for YOUR PROTECTION." This pattern can be customized through dedicated tooling to create embossed logos or lettering. Compared to conventional pressure-sensitive materials, CP-05B is less prone to sticking or blocking during transportation, even under high-temperature conditions.
