PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

GP-520B is a two-piece wax-free bonded induction sealing paper liner. The aluminum foil side features a gold printing finish by default, and customized printing is also available. It is suitable for sealing bottles or jars made of any material, and is ideal for packaging products such as instant coffee, chocolate, and hazelnut spread. The material complies with FDA regulations.

The GP-520B has a paperboard thickness of 0.8 mm, an aluminum foil thickness of 0.02 mm, and a total liner thickness of 0.9 mm. When consumers open the cap, they will hear a distinct sound produced by the separation of the aluminum foil from the paperboard. After opening, the paperboard remains inside the cap, providing a resealing function. The aluminum foil can be easily pierced with a finger, and once peeled off, the bottle mouth remains clean with no residue.
